My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy and clean, but I struggled with the thickness of the blankets. My location was a major highlight being so close to downtown Miami and the cruise port. However, the dining options left much to be desired. The service during checkout was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
